  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 per side)
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 10 Hanging Knees to Chest
  • 10 Deadlifts (65#)
  • 10 Hang Power Snatches (65#)
  • 10 Power Snatches (65#)

—Conditioning—

4 Rounds Each For Time: 1 min. Rest Between Rounds 

  • 300m Row / 200m Run
  • 5 Power Snatch (95/65)
  • 15 Sit Ups 

** Add 10 sit ups each round**
