  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 10 Hanging Knees to Chest
  • 10 Deadlifts (65#)
  • 10 Push Presses (65# bar)
  • 5 Push Ups (Hand Release)

  • Back Squat 3RM
