  • 25 Buzz Saws
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Squats
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 20 PVC Figure 8’s
  • 10 Shoulder Press 
  • 10 Front Squats
  • 10 Thrusters

—Conditioning—

For Time:

  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 30 Front Squats (95/65)
  • 30 Push Press (95/65)
  • 30 Pull-Ups
