  • 10 Overhead Squats (65#)
  • 10 Kettlbell Swings (35#)
  • 5 Pull Ups

  • 50 Pull Ups
  • 100 KB Swings (55/35)
  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Overhead Squats (95/65)
