  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 each direction)
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (45-65# – light wt)

15 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Push Ups (Hand Release)
  • 15 Sumo Dealift High Pull (95/65)
  • 20 Weighted Sit Ups (25/10)
