  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 each direction)
  • 20 Buzz Saws
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 10 Push Press (45#)

5 RFTO:

  • 7 Push Press (115/85)
  • 15 Weighted Push Ups (10)
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 200 M Run
