  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 20 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (10 each direction)
  • 10 Deadlifts (w/65-95#)
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (w/65-95#)
  • 10 Pusu Presses (w/65-95#)

5 Rounds For Time of:

  • 7 Deadlifts (115/85)
  • 7 Hang Power Cleans (115/85)
  • 7 Push Press (115/85)
  • 200m Run
