—Warmup—
- 800m Run/1000m Row
- 90 sec. Paleo Chair Hold
- 20 Air Squats
- 20 Bridges (squeeze glutes at top)
- 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
- 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
- 10 PVC Pipe Figure 8s (each direction)
—Conditioning—
In 2 person teams complete the following for time:
- 100 Burpees
- 100 Pull Ups
- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Lunges
- Then: 400m Run
Only 1 partner works at a time, switch as often as necessary. Complete the exercises in the order listed. Both partners will complete the 400m run together.
