—Warmup—

  • 800m Run
  • 2 min. Paleo Chair Hold
  • 30 sec. Goblet Squat Hold in the Bottom Position
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Bridges
  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 10 Good Mornings (45# bar) *remember to keep knees slightly bent, back flat.
  • 10 Deadlifts (65-95#)
  • 10 Push Ups

—Conditioning—

10 min. AMRAP

  • 200m Sprint
  • 6 Deadlifts (115##85#)
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans  (115#/85#)
  • 4 Push Press
