—Warmup—

  • 1000m Row
  • 90 sec. Paleo Chair Hold
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 30 sec. Goblet Squat Hold in the Bottom
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 15 Bridges
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 10 Box Jumps (24”)
  • 5  Slam Balls (15-20)

 

—Skill—

  • Ring Dips/Ring Work/Muscle Ups

—Conditioning—

3 Rounds For Max Reps:

  • 1 min. Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 1 min. Slam ball (30/20)
  • 1 min. Push Ups (Hand Release)
