  • 15 Bridges
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 10 Deadlifts (95-115#)
  • 10 DB Push Presses (light wt)

 

—Conditioning—

20 min. AMRAP

  • 400m Run / 500m Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (@ Bodyweight)
  • 10 DB Push Press (35/25)
