  • 20 Air Squats
  • 60 sec. Paleo Chair Hold w/20# Wall Ball- Chest Staight Up
  • 15 Bridges
  • 10 Wall Balls (light wt)
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 10 Deadlifts (95-115#)
  • 10 DB Push Presses (light wt) or 10 Handstand Push Ups
  • 10 Abmat Sit Ups or 10 Toes to Bar

 

—Strength—

  • Deadlifts – Heavy Triple

—Conditioning—

5 RFTO:

  • 3 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 DB Push Press (35/25)
  • 15 Abmat Sit-Ups
