  • 20 Air Squats
  • 60 sec. Paleo Chair Hold w/20# Wall Ball – Chest Straight Up
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 30 sec. Paleo Chair Hold w/20 # Wall Ball – Chest Straight Up
  • 15 Bridges
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 15 PVC Shoulder Dislocates
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 25M Sled Push (work up to #135)

 

—Conditioning—

5 Rounds Each For Time:  Rest 1 min. between each

  • 25m Sled Push (135#/95#)
; the sled weights 74#
  • 15 Air Squats

  • 25m Sled Push

  • 15 Push Ups (Hand Release)
