  • 10 Push Press (45# bar)

  • Deadlift – 10-8-6-4 (increasing weight, 5# increments)


—Conditioning—

AMRAP 8 MIN

Climb as high as possible following the rep scheme of

3-6-9-12-15-18-21 etc…

  • Shoulder to Overhead (135#/95#)
  • Toes to Bar
