  • 30 sec. Paleo Chair Hold
  • 10 Bridges
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 10 PVC Figure 8s -10/R, 10/L
  • 10 Front Squats (45# bar)
  • 10 Push Presses (45# bar)
  • 10 Thursters (45#)
  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 5 Push Ups

—Conditioning—

For Time: (30 min. Cap)

  • 1 Squat Thruster (95#/65#)
  • 1 round of Cindy
(5 pull ups + 10 push ups + 15 air squats)
  • 2 Squat Thruster
  • 1 round of Cindy

  • 3 Squat Thruster
  • 1 round of Cindy

  • 4 Squat Thruster
  • 1 round of Cindy

  • 5 Squat Thruster
  • 1 round of Cindy 
  • Etc….
  • Continue up through the round of 10 Squat Thrusters and finish with a round of Cindy
