  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 10 PVC Figure 8s -10/R, 10/L
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (light wt)
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (light wt)

—Conditioning—

8 X AMRAP 40 sec., Rest 1:20 between each

  • 7 Hang power cleans – 115#/75#
  • Max Lateral bar hop burpees in time remaining

Rest until 20:00 mark

8 X AMRAP 40 sec, Rest 1:20 between each

  • 7 KBS – 53#/35#
  • Max wall walk climbs in time remaining
