  • 20 Double Unders
  • 10 Overhead or Front Squats (45# bar)

Comnplete 1 Round For Time every 3 mins. for 30 mins.

  • 3 Overhead Squats 
  • 3 Wall-Climbs

  • 10 KBS – 53#/35# – must be unbroken
