  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 10 PVC Figure 8s -10/R, 10/L
  • 60 sec. Dead Hang Hold
  • 10 Slam Balls (light wt)
  • 5 Push Ups
  • 5 DB Push Presses (light wt)

—Strength—

EMOM 10 mins.

  • 2 Back Squats @ 65% of 1RM

—Conditioning—

4 Rounds For Max. Reps

  • 1 min. SlamBall (30#/20#)

  • 1 min. Push Ups (Hand Release)
  • 1 min. DB Push Press (35#/25#)
  • 1 min. Rest
