  • 10 PVC Figure 8’s (per side)
  • 15 Bridges
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 60 sec. Pull-Up Dead Hang
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (light weight)

—Strength—

  • Back Squat – 5 X 5

—Conditioning—

27-21-15-9 reps for time of:

  • Calorie Row
  • Wall Balls (20#/14#)
