  • 10 PVC Figure 8s -10/R, 10/L
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 10 Power Snatches (light wt)
  • 10 Power Clean & Jerk (light wt)

—Gymnastic Strength—

  • 5 x 3 Skin the cats
  • 5 x 5 Ring Flys ( Straight arms ) + 8 Ring Push ups – Finish each push up with ring turn out
  • 8 X 15 sec. Planche Leans  / Or Tuck Planche

—Conditioning—
