—Warmup—

  • 15 Bridges
  • 20 PVC Pipe Dislocates
  • 10 PVC Figure 8s -10/R, 10/L
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 5 Slow Push Ups

—Gymnastic Strength—

  • 4 X 20 Wrist curls with barbell (45#-65#)
  • 5 X 5 Ring Flys (Straight Arms)

—Conditioning—

10 min. AMRAP

  • 400m Run

  • Max Hand Release Push-ups
