  • Deadlift- Work up to 10 RM (15 min time cap)
  • 10 Reps @ 95% of 10 RM
  • 10 Reps @ 90% of 10 RM

—Conditioning—

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:

  • Burpees

  • Hang Power Snatch (95#/65#)
